1. Who Operates This Store

DevotionCircle is a ritual and astrology product retail platform operated by Gyanitalk Technologies (OPC) Private Limited (CIN U96906RJ2025OPC100685). The registered office is 114, Ostwal Plaza 2, (M CL), Sunderwas, Udaipur City, Udaipur, Rajasthan 313001, India. References to “we”, “us” or “our” mean this company; “you” means a visitor or customer using the store.

2. Using the Website and Your Account

Please use accurate contact and delivery details when creating an account or ordering. Keep one-time codes and account access private, and contact us promptly if you believe someone has used your account without permission. You are responsible for reviewing the details entered before submitting an order.

Do not interfere with the website, attempt to access another person’s account, or use the storefront in a way that is unlawful or disrupts its normal operation.

3. Product Listings and Spiritual Information

Product pages describe the item, its stated materials, size, images and included components as provided for that listing. Natural Rudraksha, gemstones, wood and other natural materials can differ in colour, shape, grain, texture and appearance. A photograph is a representation; small natural variations can occur.

A certificate, laboratory report, origin detail, energization or other preparation service applies only where the individual product listing expressly says it is included. Please read the product details and included-items information before ordering.

Spiritual and astrological descriptions are informational and reflect the listing or referenced traditions. They are not a guarantee of a particular outcome and are not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

4. Prices, Delivery Charges and Offers

The price, applicable offer and delivery charge shown in the cart and checkout before you submit an order form the amount presented for that purchase. Delivery charges and eligibility can depend on the order value and current storefront settings. Review the final total before payment.

If a product is unavailable or a listing contains a material pricing or description error, we may contact you to explain the issue and discuss the available next steps. A discount or offer applies only when shown as active for the relevant item or order.

5. Placing and Confirming an Order

Submitting checkout is your request to buy the items shown. The storefront’s order acknowledgement confirms that we received the request; order processing is subject to item availability, delivery details and payment verification. We may contact you to resolve an incomplete or inconsistent delivery address.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will use the contact details provided to explain the issue and, where a payment was captured, arrange the applicable refund. Keep your order reference for support and tracking.

6. Online Payment

Online payments are processed through Razorpay. The payment methods available to you are displayed in its checkout at the time of payment. Payment details are submitted to the payment provider; DevotionCircle does not store your full card number or CVV.

An order is treated as paid after payment status is verified by the storefront. If a payment is pending or you are unsure whether it succeeded, check your account/order status or contact support before attempting another payment.

7. Shipping, Cancellation, Returns and Exchange

Delivery availability and timing depend on the destination and carrier. Read the current shipping information before ordering. If you need to cancel, request it as soon as possible before packing; cancellation may not be possible after a parcel has been handed to the carrier.

Returns are handled under the Return & Exchange Policy: return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, approved returns are eligible for exchange only (depending on the product type), the exchange product is delivered within 7–10 days of approval, and courier charges for returning the product are paid by the customer. Contact support and wait for instructions before sending an item back. These store processes do not remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Caring for and Using Products

Follow any care, handling and use guidance supplied with the specific product. Natural and devotional items may need careful handling and storage. If a product listing provides a warning or usage note, review it before use.

9. Website Content and Availability

Brand names, written material, graphics and website design are presented for the DevotionCircle storefront or their respective owners. Please do not reproduce or reuse website material in a way that infringes applicable rights.

We work to keep product and policy information current, but website content or access may occasionally change or be unavailable. A change to a listing does not alter an order already confirmed unless we contact you about that order.

10. Applicable Rights and Updates to These Terms

These terms are intended to be read consistently with applicable laws in India and do not limit consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a term cannot be applied in a particular situation, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

We may update this page when the storefront or its processes change. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision; the version displayed when you place an order is the version relevant to that interaction.
